Email unison-support@tremiva.com. Include the venue name, the feature involved, and what happened. An app version, device type, or screenshot with personal information removed can help. Never send us your password or a verification code.

For privacy or deletion requests, use the same address with the subject “Unison data request.” For abusive content or suspected unauthorized access, use “Unison safety report” and identify the venue and content involved. We review reports and can restrict access or remove content while investigating.

Sign-in and invitations

Use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen to request a reset code. If an invitation does not open the app, open its web link and sign in with your Unison account. A venue administrator can provide a new invite code or correct your membership.

If you can sign in but cannot access a venue, contact that venue’s administrator first. Contact Tremiva if you cannot reach them or the issue appears to be with Unison.

Photos and receipt reading

If the camera does not open, check Unison’s camera permission in device Settings. AI receipt reading has a separate permission inside Unison. You can turn it off and enter the checkout details manually. Always review extracted details before saving.

Subscriptions and account deletion

Venue owners manage subscriptions on the website. Open Billing in the venue dashboard to review renewal or cancellation information. For an unexpected charge, email support without including full payment-card details.

You can delete your account from Profile in the app or website. See Account & Data Deletion for the effect on your records, uploaded files, and any venue you own.

Workplace questions

Your venue handles scheduling, leave decisions, payroll corrections, purchases, and other employment matters. Unison support can help with the software but cannot approve a workplace request or change an employer’s decision. Unison is not an emergency reporting service.
