Unison by Tremiva
Unison Terms of Service
The terms for using Unison with your team.
Effective October 14, 2026
Using Unison
These terms are an agreement between you and Tremiva LLC for use of Unison’s app, dashboard, and public forms. By creating an account or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
The iOS app license is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms cover the Unison service and do not replace rights you have under that agreement or mandatory law.
Accounts and venue access
Use accurate account information, keep sign-in credentials private, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share one personal account among multiple people. You must be at least 13 and permitted by your employer and applicable law to use the service. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, an authorized parent, guardian, or organization must provide the permission required by law.
Venue owners and administrators are responsible for inviting appropriate people, assigning permissions, removing access when it is no longer needed, and informing team members how the venue uses workplace records. Membership does not confer ownership or billing authority. A public form permits submission to the named venue only.
Content and workplace responsibilities
You or your organization retain the rights you have in content you provide. You give Tremiva permission to store, process, display, and transmit it as needed to operate Unison, carry out your instructions, and provide support. This permission does not let us sell your content or use it for advertising.
Provide only information you are authorized to share, including guest details, receipts, employee information, and emergency contacts. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, exploitative, or infringing content, malware, full payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive documents. Do not attempt to access another venue’s records, bypass permissions, probe the service without authorization, or interfere with its operation.
Your organization remains responsible for employment decisions, payroll, leave, purchasing, recordkeeping, and legally required notices or approvals. A time-punch adjustment or uniform payment entry in Unison is a record; it does not itself process payroll or authorize a wage deduction. Keep any independent records your organization is legally required to maintain.
Report abusive content or security concerns to unison-support@tremiva.com with enough information to locate the issue. Venue administrators can remove members and authorized managers can remove content. Tremiva may investigate, restrict access, or remove content that violates these terms.
Receipt reading and other assistance
AI receipt reading is optional and requires permission to send the image to OpenAI. Extraction may omit information or return incorrect details. Check the receipt against the results before saving or acting on them. Manual entry remains available. Unison does not make employment, financial, or legal decisions for you.
Venue subscriptions
A subscription applies to one venue. The standard plan is $99.99 per month per venue, with no free trial. The owner reviews the price and recurring billing terms before purchasing through Stripe on the website. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. An account used across several venues does not combine their subscriptions.
The owner can manage or cancel a subscription in the dashboard’s Billing section. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the billing period leaves access active through the displayed paid-through date. Deleting a venue, or deleting its owner account without transferring ownership, can end venue access sooner and initiate billing cancellation. Deleting an ordinary member account does not cancel the venue’s subscription.
Payments already made are not automatically refunded when you cancel or delete an account. Contact support about a billing error or refund request. Any refund rights required by law still apply. We will disclose changes to the subscription price before they apply to a renewal.
Deletion and service availability
You can delete your account in the app or dashboard. Deletion is permanent and removes your access to every venue. It also removes or redacts associated content as described on our Account & Data Deletion page; other members may lose access to your uploads. Transfer venue ownership before deleting an owner account if the venue should continue.
We aim to keep Unison available, but maintenance, network failures, and provider outages can interrupt service. Keep copies of records you must retain independently. We may suspend access where needed to address misuse, security issues, unpaid subscriptions, or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and provide a way to contact us.
Rights and limits
Tremiva and its licensors retain rights to the Unison software, branding, and service. These terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of it.
To the extent allowed by law, Unison is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workplace obligation. We do not exclude any guarantee, remedy, or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or other conduct that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and help
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will give notice of material changes through the service or another appropriate channel before they take effect when required. The effective date identifies this version. If you disagree with a change, stop using the service and cancel any subscription before its next renewal.
Contact Tremiva LLC at unison-support@tremiva.com about these terms, service problems, billing questions, or complaints. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Mandatory rights and protections under applicable law continue to apply.
